The CRM system implemented comprehensive CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities for managing customer data.

A visualize sales pipeline feature was introduced, enabling teams to track deals through their various stages and manage multiple sales pipelines efficiently.

To address scalability issues, we transitioned the CRM system from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture.

The CRM included dashboards and reporting tools that allowed users to generate detailed reports on contacts, deals, and sales pipelines.

Integrated Grafana and OpenTelemetry for comprehensive monitoring, enabling real-time tracking and issue resolution.

To ensure data security, the system integrated JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for managing user permissions.
