Collecting content from multiple sources, including social media and TV shows, while avoiding bans and maintaining accuracy was challenging due to varying data formats and restrictions.

The need to handle large volumes of data efficiently without delays required a solution capable of processing tasks like keyword extraction, sentiment analysis, and summarization.

The platform needed to handle increasing data volumes, fluctuating client demands, and maintain performance consistency across different environments.

Ensuring real-time monitoring of system performance and addressing issues promptly was crucial to maintain uninterrupted service.

Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.

Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;

Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;

Complete Flutter mobile app development;

Develop admin panel;

Strictly stick to the deadlines and the agreed budget.

The GOALS

The Social Media App aims to provide a platform for businesses and individuals to gather, analyze, and act on content from various media sources.

Fill in the gap in the market by offering a solution that uses AI to analyze content from social media, TV shows, and online articles, delivering actionable insights for businesses.

Generate revenue through subscription models and enterprise solutions while continually enhancing AI algorithms and reporting capabilities.

The Solution

Developed a custom web crawler using Puppeteer and AWS proxies for reliable data collection. Integrated official APIs from LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for seamless data aggregation.

Implemented a pipeline with 10-15 microservices to handle data processing tasks like sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, and summarization efficiently.

Integrated AI algorithms for accurate summarization, allowing the platform to generate concise, actionable insights from vast datasets.

Used Ansible AWX for automated deployment and PostgreSQL and MongoDB for scalable data management, ensuring the system could adapt to increasing data volumes.

Integrated Grafana and OpenTelemetry for comprehensive monitoring, enabling real-time tracking and issue resolution.
